Payment and Return Policy
Purchasing a Digital Product
To purchase a digital product, you need to log in to your account and select one of the digital products in the “Subscription” section. If you select a digital product, you must pay for it immediately.
Payment by Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Belkart, and MIR cards.
To pay, go to the “Subscription” section of the system, select the digital product you want, and click the “Pay” button.
You will then be redirected to the payment security server, where you will need to enter your card details and personal information. This information will be entered not on our website but on the payment system’s authorization page. Online credit card payments are completely confidential and secure.
For all card types, you will be redirected to the WEBPAY system.
The secure WEBPAY server establishes an encrypted connection using the secure TLS protocol and confidentially collects the customer’s payment card details (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and CVC/CVC2 security code).
To complete the payment, you must enter your card details and personal information on a secure page of the WEBPAY system.
Please note that after the payment is processed, a payment confirmation will be sent to your email address. We ask that you keep your payment details on file.
Important: Refunds are only possible if a technical error occurred during the payment process.
If a digital product was paid for with a credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the original payment. In the event of a refund, the funds will be returned to the customer’s card within 30 days, depending on the card-issuing bank.
