Payment and refund rules

To purchase a digital product, you need to register in your personal account and select one of the digital products in the “Subscription” section. Once you select a digital product, it must be paid for immediately.

The following bank cards are accepted for payment: Visa, MasterCard, Belkart, MIR.

To pay, go to the “Subscription” section of the system, select the digital product that suits you, and click the “Pay” button.

You will then be redirected to the server of the payment security system, where you will need to enter your card details and personal data. This data is entered not on our website but on the authorization page of the payment system. The online card payment operation is completely confidential and secure.

For all types of cards, redirection to the WEBPAY system is used.

The secure WEBPAY server establishes an encrypted connection via the protected TLS protocol and securely receives the customer’s payment card data (card number, cardholder name, expiry date, and CVC/CVC2 security code).

To make a payment, you must enter your card details and personal data on the secure WEBPAY page. Card details will be stored when the payment is processed in order to optimize the payment process and future transactions.

Please note that after the payment is completed, a payment confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please keep your payment details.

Important: A refund is possible only if a technical error occurred during the payment process.

If the digital product was paid for by bank card, the refund will be made to the same card that was used for the payment. In case of a refund, the funds are returned to the customer’s card within 30 days, depending on the bank that issued the card.
